How To Do The Exercises Swing Arm

How To Do The Exercises Swing Arm

a. Exercise one arm swings backwards and forwards
How to perform this movement is

c. Cross arm swing exercises and range in front of the body
The way to do this movement, namely:
1. Attitude starters: left foot step erect posture, arms outstretched
2. The first count: arms crossed over his chest.
3. Count to two: both arms extended at shoulder level.

d. Exercise circular swing one arm above the head
The way to do this movement, namely:
